RUSH: Armour and Sword The whole album is pretty fantastic, but this track from it expresses a number of ideas that strike hard at the heart of social work. The song discusses how much we damage one another, especially children, and as we grow we move further away from each other as well as our inner lives. We build things that are meant to help us (such as religion) but in the end these things backfire and become "dark and burning swords". The result is us fighting for our place in the world we live in, content to believe that there must be something further on after this life that's better.

The Courier-Mail reports that in the video, Alex Stewart from Brisbane tears pages from both books and rolls them up like a marijuana joint, appearing to smoke them.
Mr Stewart says they're just books, and if people are getting so upset over a book then they're taking life way too seriously.
